Grievance Mechanism
Red Sea Wind Energy has established a formal grievance mechanism to receive, register, and resolve complaints from any individual, community, or organisation affected by or concerned about the Red Sea Wind Farm. This mechanism is available throughout the full lifecycle of the project — from development and construction through to operation.
Who can submit a grievance?
Any person or group that believes they have been negatively affected by the project, or that has a concern about the project's environmental, social, or safety practices. Grievances can be submitted anonymously.
What types of grievances can be submitted?
- Environmental concerns (dust, noise, water, waste, biodiversity)
- Social concerns (land access, community disruption, cultural heritage)
- Labour and working conditions
- Health and safety concerns
- Any other project-related complaint
How the process works:
- Submit your grievance using the form below. You will receive a reference number.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
- Your grievance will be reviewed and investigated.
- We will propose a resolution and communicate it to you (if contact details are provided).
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your grievance.
Confidentiality:
All grievances are treated confidentially. If you choose to submit anonymously, we will still investigate the matter but will not be able to communicate the outcome to you directly.
