Orphan Day Event On April 5, 2024, RSWE collaborated with Goldwind Company (RSWE EPC Contractor) to celebrate Egyptian Orphan Day at the New Red Sea nursery in Ras Ghareb City. The event aimed to bring joy and happiness to orphan children from Ras Ghareb. The event successfully exceeded expectations by engaging 54 children from 35 families. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and happiness throughout the celebration.
This event was conducted in collaboration with the Governmental Association “Resala Charity Organization”, and Ras Ghareb Sports Academy “Aspire”. The event included entertainment and sports activities. RSWE and Goldwind teams actively participated in the activities bringing joy to all attendees.
Moreover, RSWE distributed charity boxes of food supplies to 35 of the most deserving families in Ras Ghareb, and Goldwind provided Eid clothes. The success of this event and its positive impact filled us with great pride.
ORASCOM Celebrates 2,500,000 Safe Man-hours without LTI On April 29, 2024, ORASCOM led a celebratory event to mark a significant milestone - achieving 2,500,000 safe man-hours without (LTI) on the Red Sea Wind Energy Project.
We highlighted the continuous collaboration and coordination among RSWE, Orascom, and Goldwind in driving the project forward. This achievement showcases our steadfast dedication to fostering a culture of safety and upholding the highest standards of HSE.
Goldwind Celebrates the Completion of Erecting 44 Turbines - Phase I
On April 29, 2024, Goldwind organized an event to celebrate the completion of erecting 44 Turbines of the first phase of the Red Sea Wind Energy 500 MW Project. The event was attended by managers and team members from RSWE, Goldwind, and Orascom. Throughout the implementation period, the Project teams made extensive efforts to ensure the safety of the workers and maintain the highest standards of HSE.
Installed Awning for Outpatient Clinics and Health Insurance Building
On May 4, 2024, RSWE installed an awning for the outpatient clinics and the health insurance building in Ras Ghareb. This initiative aimed to protect patients and visitors from the impact of heat and sun. The project received a warm welcome from all the residents of Ras Ghareb City, demonstrating the positive impact of our community-focused efforts.
Meat Distribution Initiative in Ras Ghareb City On June 13, 2024, and the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, RSWE, and RGWE collaborated to distribute 466 Kilograms of red meat to the most deserving residents of Ras Ghareb City. This great effort was successfully carried out with the assistance of the RGWE site team and volunteers from the local community.
This initiative exemplifies RSWE and RGWE's commitment to CSR and their dedication to improving the lives of the local community.
